If you have questions about Ordering Photo Prints, or are not familiar with ordering photo prints, here are a few helpful answers as shown below. For further enquiries, click on the Contact/Credits menu to submit your message through the website’s administration. (Note that website addresses that show https:// before the address are registered as more secure that web addresses shown as http:// without the 's' - it means all communications between your browser and the website are encrypted.) If you join the Mailing List, you will receive an email notice of important website information and/or new Photos or Artwork that will be uploaded to the website. You may unsubscribe at any time. (Note: If your email address for the Mailing List does not include your first and last name and your city/country location, please send a short message on the Contact/Credits page to let us know whom the email address belongs to) ~ thanks!

CURRENT PHOTO PRINT SIZES & PRICES EXPLAINED: 

UNDER THE GALLERY VIEW MENU ~ At this time, all of the Photo Prints listed under the GALLERY VIEW Menu are either size 20"x 24" including 13% Cdn tax with white/off-white borders, at $115.00 Canadian funds each; or 11"x 14" including 13% Cdn tax with white/off-white borders at $80 Canadian funds each. There are a few Room Set Examples to show what the picture might look like with a matte & frame (mattes & frames are not provided or for sale). Details on the Actual Image Sizes are shown below. If you are interested in another size of print, please contact me via email on the Contacts Page: 

PHOTO GALLERY PRINTS SIZE 20"x 24"~ The Actual Picture Image on the Photo Paper you receive is sized 16"x 20"with an added 2" white/off-white border on all four sides making the Print size 20"x 24." This border is useful for framing. Most frames will come with a 2" matte that will cover this border. A Photo Matte will extend the life of the Print, as it sits in-between the print and the glass so that it's not sitting directly on the Print. If your frame does not come with a photo matte, the 2" borders I have added will give the Photo Print wall art a more pleasing aesthetic. These prints will be rolled and shipped in a sturdy triangle box. 

PHOTO GALLERY PRINTS SIZE 11"x 14"~ Prints sized 11"x 14"- the actual picture size is within 8"x 10" with borders as needed for framing. Typically, an 11"x 14" frame will come with a 8"x 10" photo matte. These prints are just big enough to enjoy the image, but small enough to fit on any wall space. These prints will be shipped flat in a sturdy cardboard envelope.

PRICE INCLUDES: What IS included in the price of my Prints? ~ The price of your Photograph Print includes Canadian Tax where applicable. Each Photo Print will be hand-signed by me (Penny) on the Front of the Image itself unless it doesn’t fit nicely, and then will be signed on the border. Photos are printed on Fine Quality Fuji Photographic Paper with a Lustre finish. Also included is a Certificate of Authenticity and an Art Label to place on the photo backing after you have framed your print. 

PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: What's NOT included in the price of my Print(s)? ~  In order to keep costs down, Photo Matts & Frames are not provided. Frames sized 20"x 24" and 11"x 14" are a standard size and found in most Art & Department Stores (or online). A frame with a 2" border gives the overall look of your picture 'room to  breathe.' Choosing a thin, black frame looks good with most prints - clean lines that do not detract from the image. If your frame is made of wood and requires a wire for hanging, I can provide an online link on how to do this. 

- Shipping is not included in the price of the Photo Print(s). The cost of Canada Post Shipping will be shown at check-out depending on the number of Photo Prints ordered, your location and your choice of delivery time. Also see the 'Order Timeline' section below. 

- Customs/Cross-Border/Tariffs/Duty charges outside of Canada (if any) are not included in the price of your Photo Print, and payment would be the responsibility of the buyer.    

PAYMENT: What types of Payments are accepted for my Photo Print Orders? ~ Accepted CREDIT CARDS: Visa, Mastercard, American Express & JCB payments from customers worldwide.  

CONFIRMATIONS: Will I receive a Confirmation for my Transactions? ~ Yes. You will receive an Email Confirmation for all of the following: Mailing List Sign-Up; Order Received/in Progress; Credit Card Payments; & Shipping. Tracking & Insurance confirmations may not be available depending on your Shipping choice at check-out.  

ORDER TIMELINE: When will I receive my prints? ~ Ordering Prints and receiving them from the Printer, Signing Prints and issuing Certificates and Art Labels under 'normal' circumstances would take approximately 5 business days turn-around after your order has been completed. 

- Shipping Prints to the customer is with Standard Canada Post/Air and normally takes an average of up to 10 business days - within Canada. Canada Post does not have weekend service, so your patience in waiting for your order to arrive will be much appreciated. You will be notified via email when your Photo Print(s) have been shipped. 

Other info will be provided depending on your shipping choices at check-out and the current mail service.
